5. If customers fail to provide the physical barcode from the product packing box, no gift can be redeemed.
6. As quantity is limited, the gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
7. If customers fail to redeem the gift within the specified period, the gift will be deemed to have been forfeited and will not be reissued.
8. The gifts are not covered by product warranty and cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or replaced.
