A contract entered into by the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the Ordinary members) and the member scheme of Sun Rich (Hong Kong) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to Sun Rich).
Applicants are required to read the following membership terms and conditions before registration:
1. Register customer qualifications:
A. Registered as Ordinary members, even at Local shop, Sun Rich e-shop .
B. Applicants are required to provide personal information. After registration, the confirmation email and the process will be completed in order to successfully register as an ordinary member.
C. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
D. Sun Rich reserves the right to refuse your application and terminate your membership.
E. The applicant can accumulate the actual consumption amount of HK$2000 within 12 months, can promoted to Sun Rich GOLD member.
F. After being promoted to Sun Rich GOLD Member, if there is no consumption within one year, the membership will be automatically downgraded to an Ordinary member without further notice.
2. Membership scheme:
A. Ordinary member
Ordinary member can enjoy specials offer, Sun Rich Newsletter.
B. Sun Rich GOLD member
If you accumulate a spending of $2000 or more within 12 months, you can be promoted to a Sun Rich GOLD member . Offers (including points, discounts, gifts or e-vouchers).
3. Lost member information:
A: If the member has forgotten the login ID or password, you can use Forgot Password Reset or contact Customer Service for enquiry.
B. To protect your personal information, keep your personal belongings in a safe place. If you suspect that your personal information has been stolen, please stop the account immediately through the Customer Service Hotline. During this time, you will suffer lose and Sun Rich is irresponsible. (including points, e-coupons and all personal account information)
4. Personal Information:
A. When you register as an ordinary member, we will ask you to provide the following personal information: name, mobile phone number and email address.
B. Your personal information will be treated confidentially.
C. For the access or modification of personal info, please login to your membership account or email us at membership info.sunrichhk@gmail.com . All registration info are not accepted or cancelled will not be returned, and the information will be destroyed after 24 months.
D. You agree that the personal Info provided to Sun Rich will be used for the following purposes:
1. Process your registration
2. Provide the services related to the Program;
3. Carry out management, operation and maintenance of the plan;
4. Investigate complaints, suspicious transactions and improvement measures for research services;
5. Disclosure in accordance with the laws of HKSAR.
5. Other:
A. Sun Rich reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions at any time. The revised version will be published in the member area of website without further notice.
B. Any disputes over the relevant terms and conditions, Sun Rich will retain the final decision.
