MOUNT FUJI / GOL Range Hoods (Eng)
This warranty provides a Three-years warranty for the motor of the range hood and Two years warranty for the parts under normal use operation, along with first-year on-site inspection, parts replacement labor, transportation, and installation services (excluding the costs of scaffolding). For Macau users, there is a One year full warranty under normal operation. If parts are damaged or malfunctioning, and the fault is confirmed by our technician to have occurred under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement services, with replaced parts becoming the property of the Company.
This warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
The warranty service excludes the following:
Back cover, panel, filter, remote control, and other accessories.
Damage resulting from human error, misuse, excessive corrosion or rust, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by improper power connections, incorrect or negligent use of the device not following the instructions.
Damage resulting from human error, misuse, excessive corrosion or rust, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Malfunction or damage due to power interruptions or abnormal voltage.
Damage caused by improper handling or disassembly.
Products not installed at a fixed point on land.
Non-domestic use of the products.
Products not installed according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
The product's serial number has been altered, modified, or removed.
The general agent has the right to repair or replace parts at their discretion. If the product cannot be repaired for any specific reason, it will be replaced with a similar model as determined by the general agent.
All repair services will only be provided in a safe working environment. Users are responsible for dismantling any renovations that obstruct the repair of the machine and must bear all related costs.
The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to persons or property resulting from equipment failure or unreasonable use.
Users who cannot present the original purchase invoice will not be eligible for free repair services.
Users in remote areas, such as Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and outlying islands, may experience longer wait times and incur additional fees.
Repair services are available only during regular working days and hours.
Please keep this warranty card safe and present it along with the official purchase invoice to our technician for verification during repairs.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this warranty certificate, the Chinese version will prevail.
The Company reserves the right to make the final decision in the case of any disputes.
This warranty is only applicable in Hong Kong and Macau.
