Ziaino® Air Treatment
Air purifiers commonly find in market. They can only purify air borne bacteria and virus. For bacteria and virus adhering to daily objects such as door handles, desks and keyboards, they cannot eliminated.
Panasonic Ziaino Air Treatment is using Hypochlorous acid that releases its molecules HOCI. Hypochlorous acid in the filter assimilates dirty and polluted air and turns into fresh air in the process of sterilization and deodorization, making bacteria and virus inactivated. Apart from purifying indoor air, molecules HOCI released by Hypochlorous acid can effectively eliminate bacteria and virus sticking to objects.

Spraying device is normally in form of atomization and spray, making Hypochlorous acid liquid atomoized into particles and performing spray function.
Ziaino® is not functioning in form of atomization but making good use of special sterile filters developed by Panasonic for a couple of years. It makes Hypochlorous acid volatilized in gaseous state from air outlet, which concentration level is far lower than the environmental standards (less than 0.1ppm). Molecules HOCI released by Hypochlorous acid can effectively eliminate bacteria and virus floating in the air and adhering to objects such as handrails, tables and curtains.

Panasonic Ziaino® Hypochlorous acid is made of electrolyzed water and salt. PH value of Hypochlorous acid is between 7 and 8.5 with mild alkaline, which is gentle to skin and respiratory system without irritation. This sterilization method is widely used in Japan. More applications can be found in purifying swimming pool water and fresh water, washing fruit and vegetables, sterilizing feeding bottles and so on.
