血壓計正確使用方式

1.先安靜休息5至10分鐘，若容易緊張、激動者，可休息20分鐘或半小時。測哪隻手以慣用即可，以坐姿為準，只要保持血壓計與手臂與心臟同高度。

2.測量中的準備：放輕鬆勿動，禁止談話、進食、跑步、走路、爬樓梯、抽煙、喝酒，等情緒容易起伏過大。

3.按血壓計上的「開始」的鈕來啟動血壓計測量，這時手心向上，上臂盡量向測量孔伸出，勿握拳，放鬆心情。

4.衣服勿穿太厚，以一件襯衫厚度為佳，穿外套則脫去一個袖子測量才準。

5.請放輕鬆，血壓計會自動測定。若想量第二次，需間隔10～15分鐘以上為佳。測量後血壓計會出現數值，將測量結果記錄下來，以供醫師參考。
