Cast iron retains heat better than most other materials, allowing lower temperature cooking but still generating the same aroma as stir-frying.

High Density Tempered Glass
All Built-in Gas Cooking Range has an 4mm thick high density tempered glass cooktop that is heat-resistant, anti-scratch and easy to clean. An additional fibre netting layer underneath the glass provides extra protection against accidental shattering.

All Built-in Gas Cooking Range utilizes a sealed drip pan design that prevents food and sauces from dripping into the interior of the cooktop, while the burner caps and burn racks are easy to remove and place back, making cleaning very convenient.
